These burgers can be fried,grilled or baked.
FRYING: Cook gently for about 10 to 12 minutesin a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, until thoroughly cooked, turning frequently.
OVEN BAKING: Preheat the oven to 190oC . Place the burgers on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes, until thouroughly cooked, turning halfway through the cookeng time.
GRILLING: Preheat the grill to medium.Place the burgers on the grillpan and cook for 8-12 minutes, untill thouroughly cooked, turning every few minutes.
