PORK WITH CORNISH BLUE CHEESE

Storage:   Store in the fridge away from cooked foods.,or ready to eat foods.Store until the useby date.

Freezing:   best done on the day of purchase for up to six months

These sausages can be fried,grilled or baked.

FRYING: Cook gently for about 10 to 12 minutes in a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, until thoroughly cooked, turning frequently.

OVEN BAKING: Preheat the oven to 190oC . Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes, until thouroughly cooked, turning halfway through the cooking time.

GRILLING: Preheat the grill to medium.Place the sausages on the grillpan and cook for 8-12 minutes, untill thouroughly cooked, turning untill thouroughly cooked.
