A combination of wild mushrooms, and the more traditional champagne mushrooms are used in this sausage to deliver an exceptional earthy and subtle flavoured, succulent sausage.
PORK WITH WILD MUSHROOMS
These sausages can be fried,grilled or baked.
FRYING: Cook gently for about 10 to 12 minutes in a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, until thoroughly cooked, turning frequently.
OVEN BAKING: Preheat the oven to 190oC . Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes, until thouroughly cooked, turning halfway through the cooking time.
GRILLING: Preheat the grill to medium.Place the sausages on the grillpan and cook for 8-12 minutes, untill thouroughly cooked, turning untill thouroughly cooked.
